Service

I guarantee 24-hour turnaround times, and if you leave your racquet with me by 5pm on any day of the week, your racquet will be ready by 9pm same day.

For emergencies (e.g. you broke a string in practice today and you have a big match tomorrow!), I can quite often offer a while-you-wait service, but please contact me first to confirm availability.

Pick-up and Drop Off: If you are located within a 10km radius of my home, I can provide a pick-up and drop off service at a nominal additional cost of $0.50 per/km distance traveled (round-trip both ways).

Equipment

All my stringing is done on a Silent Partner Opus electronic stringing machine utilizing computer controlled constant pull tensioning.

This is a top-of-the-line professional grade machine, on par with any machine you will find at a local sports shop or tennis club in Vancouver and in many cases, significantly superior to the machines used in those places.

In fact, this same model machine (sold in Australia under the "Top Serve" brand name) was used as the official stringing machine of the 2006 Australian Open Glam Slam stringing room - where pro stringers strung literally hundreds of racquets per day for the world's best during the tournament.
